FAR Defined
Remember F, A, R. They stand for Food, Activity, and Rest. You may think eating, moving, and resting are totally different activities.
They’re not. They’re regulated together. Your genes and cells treat them as a system. Your body’s energy metabolism treat them as a system.
Think of a car engine. Does the engine work by separating the fuel pump, the pistons and carburetors, the cooling and downcycles?

No, they work together. The same thing is true of Food, Activity, and Rest. Once you recognize this principle, you can literally go FAR. You can help delay or avoid the diseases of civilization, which kill thousands of people every day. You can use your body’s capacity to renew and rebuild to change the way you look, the way you feel, your ability to think.
You learn new ways to make the ordinary activities of life produce extraordinary
results. You can feel better. Live Longer. And Feel more creative. You just need to learn a little about Human Design. It's time to learn how you're built. You can go FAR.
